The NASH TC two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump series offers highly reliable and efficient solutions for power, chemical and petrochemical applications. Designed to handle large amounts of liquid residue, TC pumps provide reliable, long-lasting performance for more demanding applications. Nine models are available, with TC pumps ranging from approximately 100 to 2,200 ACFM (170 to 3,700 m3/h).
TC double-stage liquid ring pump series is our second generation of double-stage pumps specially designed for condenser vacuum pumping work. The integral two-stage impeller design can be designed with vacuums as low as 0.8 inHgA (30 mbar abs) and absolute pressures about 40% lower than single-stage pumps. TC liquid ring vacuum pumps are used in the chemical, petrochemical and power industries. TC pumps, with their integral two-stage rotors, are capable of concentrating process-generated vapors and recovering or treating them.
Reliable, Efficient, and Excellent Performance
TC delivers superior performance and reliability with a proven, reliable conical liquid ring pump design. The rotor blades of the TC are covered for strength and reliability. Anti-cavitation technology is available on all TC models and doubles the life of the pump in operations prone to cavitation. The two stages of the TC pump are arranged such that due to pressure acting on each stage, the forces acting on the shaft are opposed, thereby reducing the load on the bearings.

Nashs variable tapered port design allows compressive forces to counteract the weight of the rotor and shaft, minimizing operating load on the bearings. Variable ports optimize pump performance across the entire operating range. With continuous innovation, Nashs variable tapered port design features the following features:
